Refund policy

At Aroma Skincare, we have a 14-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Please note that the item(s) must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email service@aromaskincare.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.

Once your return is processed, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

The costs of the shipping label with be deducted since we only refund the products not the shipping fees.

Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return once we receive the item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items). If your return qualifies for a refund, we will only refund the cost of the product(s).
